"ImgLink" is an application that can analyze an image and detect telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and URLs. You can then use these details directly to make a phone call, send an e-mail, or view a web page on the browser.
This application allows you to select a saved image or a picture taken with your camera, in order to make phone calls, send e-mails, or view web pages, making it much easier to add addresses to your smartphone.

・When you want to send an e-mail to an address on a business card.
・When you want to phone a number displayed on a web page with no link.
"ImgLink" uses OCR technology to detect characters in an image, allowing it to detect telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and URLs. Please note that characters may not be recognized correctly if the image is blurry or too small.
If some of the characters are incorrect, you can also edit them manually, so you have fewer characters that you need to type in.

When you select any of the types of images above, the application displays a frame for selecting an area of the image.
You can place the frame over the area where the characters are displayed, and tap OK (or "Crop").
Once the characters have been analyzed and detected, the application displays the telephone number, e-mail address, or URL.
If the characters have not been recognized correctly, you can tap the "Edit detected characters" to correct them.
